ACT Annual Conference 2011: Venue & accommodation

Venue
The ACC Liverpool comprises the BT Convention Centre and Echo Arena. Situated on Kings Dock, the ACC overlooks the waterfront and is next to the famous Albert Dock; home to The Beatles Story, Maritime Museum and Tate Liverpool, amongst other attractions.
The ACC is a modern, light, airy venue allowing a more comfortable space for exhibitors and attendees. This new spacious setting will mean the exhibition hall will have more seating and catering areas, a features theatre and exhibitor lounge, and the bigger session rooms will enable all delegates to attend the session of their choice.

Liverpool has an impressive range of accommodation within walking distance of the conference venue.

Jurys Inn - the closest hotel to the conference - literally on the doorstep of the ACC and Albert Dock. Staybridge Suites - located next to the conference venue, offering a home-from-home with a fully equipped kitchen, living room area and workspace in every suite.
Premier Inn - a comfortable alternative with impressive domed brick ceilings, overlooking the Albert Dock.
Hard Days Night - four star hotel inspired by The Beatles. Tasteful, understated and luxurious, with a vibrant cocktail bar and great value restaurant attached.
Novotel and the Hilton - within 5 minutes walk to the conference venue, located in the city centre.
