Deals of the Year 2011


Nominations for the 2011 Deals of the Year Awards have now closed.
Deals will be judged on the basis of demonstrating innovation and excellence in treasury rather than on the size of the deal. Winners will be announced at the Deals of the Year Awards Dinner in February 2012 with extensive coverage in the February edition of The Treasurer magazine.
Awards categories
- Bonds, including high-yield bonds
- Corporate Finance (hybrids, asset-backed, IPOs, convertibles and other equity)
- Liability Management (management/restructuring of existing debt facilities, with a potential element of new finance)
- Loans – UK and Continental Mid-Market Corporates (deal size < £750m)
- Loans – UK Larger Corporates (deal size > £750m)
- Loans – Continental European Corporates (deal size > £750m) PLUS
Overall Deals Winner – selected from the winners of the above categories.
