Ria joined the ACT in 1993 although her involvement with us goes back further than that, initially as a member of the Grant Thornton audit team and then as a consultant.
Originally employed as the Finance Manager, Ria later took on the role of Company Secretary and in 1996 became General Manager. Following a period of maternity leave Ria returned for a short time as Finance Manager and then in 2000 was appointed Office Manager with responsibility for general office administration, HR and company secretarial duties, including the administration of all Council matters. In 2004 she was appointed Director of Membership and Administration. Ria is also Secretary to the Trustees of the ACT Educational Trust and oversees the membership and regional groups function.
