July 2009 update to LMA Guide: Defaulting lenders

In July 2009 the LMA published a memorandum containing instructions as to how to incorporate changes into the investment grade agreements in order to cater for the potential consequences of a Finance Party default along with amendments to the market disruption and cost of funds provisions.
