Meeting Rooms

Do you need a meeting room in the City?

We have a small number of meeting rooms in our offices at 51 Moorgate that members can use, if available.

Facilities

• Three rooms that can each seat approximately eight people comfortably. Two of the rooms can be opened up to seat a maximum of 20 people.
• Hot drinks and water are provided free of charge on a self-serve basis. Pastries, sandwiches and fruit can be ordered from our own caterers, with 24 hours notice, and invoiced to you.
• Free wireless internet access

Costs

• Rooms are free for less than eight people and no more than two hours.
• For larger, longer meetings , rooms cost £100 + VAT per half day.

Terms and Conditions

• For security reasons, meetings can only take place between 0830 to 1730, when our reception is manned.
• We can only accept bookings with a maximum of one week's notice, as we need to give priority to ACT business.
