Categorisation of investors and rules harmonisation
During it’s last meeting in September 2001, the Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR) agreed to publish for a second round of public consultation the following documents the revised proposal for harmonisation of core conduct of business rules, including the retail and the professional regimes; and the revised paper on the categorisation of investors.
