The Association works with a financial year that starts at the beginning of May, so I have a well-founded excuse for not focusing this column in January on new beginnings, new resolutions. In one respect, however, there is an important change to note: Anthony Stern reached the end of his stint as President and from the first of January Philip Gillett has taken over.
