The job in a nutshell
An opportunity has arisen for a high quality candidate to join the European Treasury function as Assistant Treasury Manager. The primary areas of responsibility will be to manage the FX exposures of 19 European subsidiaries across 12 currencies, and to optimise the use of the cash pool, both of which must be performed within strict deadlines to avoid incurring financial penalties. The postholder will also be expected to monitor financial markets on a daily basis and collate economic data to compile weekly and monthly reports for senior decision makers within the business.
What we’re looking for
A graduate with a good working knowledge of financial markets, particularly short-term funding and FX markets, and previous dealing experience within a corporate treasury environment. You with European subsidiaries and develop robust relationships with financial institutions. You will also be adept at working under pressure and meeting short-notice deadlines.
