Natixis was formed in November 2006 through the grouping of Natexis Banques Populaires and certain subsidiaries of Groupe Caisse d’Epargne (in particular, IXIS CIB and IXIS AM).

We offer five main types of services: corporate and investment banking, asset management, financial services, receivables management, and private equity and private banking.

The majority of Natixis’ corporate relationships in the UK are with internationally focused, listed companies that typically borrow in the syndicated loan markets. In addition to our expertise in France (see page 199) in London we specialise in project finance, property finance, bond issuance, securitisation, commodities trading and equity derivatives.
