Extension of short selling disclosures - ACT Response to FSA

The FSA has been consulting on the extension of its temporary requirement for short positions in certain financial sector companies to be disclosed. The ACT has expressed its support for such an extension pending the outcome of the more extensive review currently in progress at the FSA.
