Course outline

The Companies Act 2006 is the largest Act ever to emerge from the British Parliament and brings about the most far-reaching changes to company law since Mr Gladstone’s Acts of 1844 and 1845. The legislation is being introduced by Statutory Instrument and the course provides an update on all the areas of the Act.
