Our client, a large UK banking institution requires a highly competent individual with a breadth of experience in liquidity and funding to partner the Head of Liquidity and Funding, the Group Treasurer and the divisional senior management teams.
The ultimate purpose for the Head of Funding Plan & Cost Allocation is to monitor and influence the shaping of the Group and divisional structural balance sheets and embed the pro-active management of the Group’s scarce balance sheet resources within the Group’s divisional and functional management teams.
To be a successfully hired as the Head of Funding Plan & Cost Allocation you will offer extensive banking, treasury and related regulatory experience gained from working within a large treasury function; provide detailed knowledge of a wide range of Treasury products, their use from a hedging perspective, their risks and the effect of external factors of the prices of such instruments; ideally have a recognised accounting / treasury qualification; have the ability to build rapport and influence both regionally, globally and combine integrity with commerciality.
Our client offers an excellent 6 figure package with a benefits funding allowance of 25% of base salary that can be taken in either cash or a mixture of cash and non-cash benefits.
