Our client is seeking a Senior Treasury Accountant to join their Treasury division.
Main Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly accounting information for central Treasury and head office structure companies
- Prepare monthly financial instrument valuations using the Treasury Management System and complete hedge effectiveness testing
- Prepare financial instruments disclosures for the group financial statements, ensuring compliance with IAS32 and IAS39
- Review Treasury and operating company foreign exchange positions regularly
- Manage back office payments system
Key Skills Preferred
- Graduate
- Qualified accountant
- Previously worked in a corporate treasury environment
- Understanding of IFRS (particularly IAS32, IAS39 and IFRS7)
