Our highly respected Treasury function has played a vital role in the Group’s growth strategy. To build on this success, we are now seeking a Head of Treasury to lead the function, support future growth and capitalise on the many opportunities the role presents.
The role
- Lead and coach the global Treasury function for Serco consisting of onshore and offshore teams
- Develop, deliver and own the Group’s Treasury strategy and articulate this, and make recommendations to, key internal stakeholders
- Lead on capital market and funding related activities. Develop new relationships to support international growth as required
- Play a major role in supporting and advising the Corporate Finance and Taxation functions on UK and international M&A activity
The candidate
- Highly accomplished Treasury professional, with a strong track record of managing Treasury teams in blue chip organisations
- Qualified accountant with MCT a distinct advantage
- A collaborative working style that engenders relationships with a variety of teams

- Confident, outgoing personality who can interact successfully at all levels
