Review of the UK National Payments Plan – ACT’s response

The ACT agree with the overall aims of the Payments Council consultation to take a fresh look at the strategic direction of the UK National Payments Plan.

Whilst the UK National Payments Plan covers a wide variety of payments methodologies and related topics we have provided comment on those which specifically impact corporate treasurers, including:

• Direct debts;
• Automated credits;
• Information associated with payments; and
• Emerging payment methods.
