    MEET THE EXPERTS: INTRODUCING THE CASHBACK PANEL

    Peter MatzaPeter Matza, Speakers' Chair, ACT

    Peter is a Fellow of the ACT (having been a member since 1992) with over 30 years of treasury and banking experience. Former engagement director and head of publishing at the ACT, he now regular chairs ACT conferences and events world-wide and contributes to content development.




    Bandhu DasBandhu Das, Head of Cash Managament, HM Treasury

    Bandhu is responsible for advising on all aspects of cash management issues from complex space programmes and defence contracts to day to day running of approx. £800bn public expenditure programs, both in the UK and overseas. Bandhu also leads UK government’s critical cashflow forecasting enterprise (approx. £2 trillion in annual flow) with the objective of accurately predicting and reconciling government’s intraday and daily net cash position on a rolling basis.


    Bente SaltBente Salt, Head of Treasury, Rentokil

    Bente is responsible for all aspects of treasury for the Group including cash management and banking strategy for the 70 countries in which Rentokil Initial operates. Prior to Rentokil Initial, Bente has held senior treasury roles in the offshore oil and gas sector and in private equity. Bente is MCT qualified and is a member of the Deals of the Year judging panel.


    David ShinkinsDavid Shinkins, Head of UK Cash Management, Barclays

    David is responsible for all cash management sales activity for Barclays Corporate across the UK. Prior to this, David was the Global Payment Networks Director in Barclaycard, responsible for all of the card payment scheme relationships across Europe. David has an extensive background in payments and has represented the bank on a number of senior advisory forums.
