Ever wondered how you can make your voice heard in the boardroom? Puzzled when you don’t always get the response from your stakeholders that you were expecting?
Feedback from our members suggested this was a valuable training area, so we put together a series of three coaching seminars. Our first seminar looked at how we present ourselves, resilience, motivational states, emotional agility and intent and visualisation. The second seminar explored the barriers to effective influencing, how we (and others) perceive the world differently, how much control we actually have and how we can develop and manage ourselves effectively.
This third and final seminar explored communications and relationships, personality types, giving and receiving feedback, and listening. It brought together learnings from a career in finance and many years at board level, where Caroline Stockmann has had the privilege to learn from top coaches and leadership programmes.
Caroline Stockmann, Chief Executive, ACT, has had the privilege through her career to learn from top coaches and leadership programmes. Putting those lessons into practice, she has synthesised them into a series of workshops covering tips and tricks to be more successful in the boardroom and personal life.
Caroline is a trained coach and has run leadership workshops for women in the Middle East and Asia - for HH Sheikha Shamma, the UAE President’s daughter (invited back for the 4th time in 2019), White & Case in Dubai and Hong Kong, and HKUST Business School (for alumni). She has also run mixed-gender workshops on leadership for the British Council, Save the Children International, the European ACT at its Summit in Brussels, as well as an away day for the Banking Standards Board in London.
