Access to the virtual platform

The event is hosted on our virtual platform and the networking tables are hosted on Zoom. 
Log in details will be sent out to guests directly from ACT Events on Monday 9 November.
All guests must access the virtual platform in order to network ahead of the call to tables, and in order then to be redirected to the correct Zoom call (table). There is no need for guests to set up a Zoom account but for a more seamless experience on the night, we would urge all attendees to sign up via You can then amend your profile in advance to include a profile picture, ensure your full name is displayed (watch the short video on how to do this) in order to aid networking and our team’s easy identification of you to move you around the table during the evening, and prepare a bespoke virtual background from the selection provided above. 
The virtual backgrounds are also available to download on the event platform.


All guests receiving a hamper will be contacted by email with delivery arrangements by APC.
Where addresses were submitted after 30 October, delivery will not be guaranteed before the event and so these hampers should be enjoyed at your leisure.
