Swiss group meeting
Regulation and Regulatory Risk, Zurich. 1 March 2017
18:30 - 20:30 01 March 2017
Central Zurich tbc
We are pleased to invite you to our next Swiss regional group meeting to be held on Wednesday 1st March at a central Zurich location (to be confirmed).
This event will focus on recent updates in regulations and regulatory risk.
We are very pleased to have an excellent speaker, Philipp Kruse. He was lead examiner in charge of drafting and executing the internal investigation by the first Swiss Bank to be issued US Department of Justice “non-target letter”.
There’s certainly enough topics to form a group discussion like after November’s Careers Event.
How your EMIR implementation went?
Confirming to bank transmission checking requirements in sanctioned countries?
Whether increasing protectionism raises specific issues for Treasurers?
How you assess regulatory risk as part of country risk?
Any volunteer happy to speak on these another area of regulatory risk would be great, or join discussion panel, would be most welcome.
This should be a great discussion for people from all industry backgrounds. It’s also a great chance network with fellow ACT members and other finance professionals.
All are welcome to attend; members, students and any colleagues who may be interested.
