Michael Page Treasury are recruiting a Treasury Risks, Reporting and Systems Officer for an international charitable organisation.

The organisation was founded in 1942 and they are an international confederation of 20 countries working together with partners and communities across 90 countries worldwide.

Detailed job description

The key responsibilities of the Treasury Risks, Reporting and Systems Officer include:

  • managing cash, minimising FX rate exposure and liquidity in the UK and overseas
  • mitigating potential FX losses in currencies against the organisation‚Äôs base operating currently sterling
  • securing cash assets, ensuring all funds are held with approved banks and that funds are invested in accordance with policies and procedures
  • bring about best practice across the affiliate networks to minimise risk and standardise and simplify ways of working with regards to cash and banking transactions between EA and PA countries
  • ensuring banking solutions are well considered and integrated appropriately to afford efficiencies and the safe deployment of funds, payments and receivables
  • actively secure competitive spot pricing for all FX requirements
  • monitor risks on all cash and banking activities reporting on performance and ensure the safe maintenance of electronic systems

Candidate's profile

To be considered for the Treasury Risks, Reporting and Systems Officer position you require:

  • experience working in a treasury or banking environment
  • familiarity with UK and international banking mandates and banking regulatory compliance (KYC requirements)
  • working knowledge of sanctioned and restrictive country banking regulations affecting treasury and banking activities
  • preferably experience of 360T FX dealing platform or similar
  • experience managing treasury money market investments- essential
  • cash flow forecasting and FX exposure management experience
  • treasury/banking or finance related qualifications- part or fully qualified
