Treasury Front Office Manager

Brewer Morris is currently representing a leading FTSE100 for the recruitment of a Treasury Front Office Manager. Reporting into the Assistant Treasurer, the manager will take overall responsibility for managing the day to day risk management and liquidity of the Group across 30 currencies as well as having engagement on all other day to day activities of the front office function. The role requires an individual to have a good attention to detail, intuition and decisiveness.

Main activities and responsibilities

  • Monitoring the Group FX and interest rate exposures and the short term liquidity and cash investment activities
  • Executing significant one-off FX transactions
  • Driving continuous improvements within the function
  • Principal front office contact providing advice and guidance to the treasury function
  • Front office point of contact for all internal funding needs
  • Providing treasury support on treasury development projects
  • Managing and ensuring compliance with all front office KPIs
  • Overseeing the production of all front office reporting
  • Managing relationships with key external stakeholders
  • Leading ad-hoc treasury projects and initiatives
  • Overseeing and covering for the Front Office Treasury Analyst

General requirements

  • Qualified to a degree level
  • Professional treasury qualification and ideally a qualified accountant
  • Significant experience working in an international treasury function
  • Excellent understanding of and interest in financial markets
  • Strong Excel skills and comfortable with basic statistical and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster working relationships within the group
