Bank of England presentation on asset purchase facility scheme
Paul Fisher, Bank of England Executive Director Markets and MPC member, delivered the ACT Winter Paper on the Bank’s Asset Purchase Scheme. The paper provided important insight into the Bank’s intentions and expectations for interventions in markets for sterling corporate liabilities as "market-maker of last resort".
