Consultation on the Draft Commission Impact Assessment Guidelines - ACT Response

The ACT’s response to the EU Commission’s consultation on its new draft for its Impact Assessment Guidelines urges that Impact Assessments should be produced for all EU regulatory initiatives, guidelines and so on as part of the EU’s overall Better Regulation initiatives.
