Hedge Fund Best Practice and Standards - ACT Response

The ACT has responded to the consultation from the Hedge Fund Working Group’s on proposals for a hedge fund code of conduct. We concentrated on the section of market issues and activism where, for example, the group has shown a willingness to be more open about policies and procedures to prevent market abuse, voting polices and disclosure of derivative positions in shares. We very much welcomed their proposals.
