Objective
Responsible for managing daily cash flow and investments for the group. Supervising junior staff in balancing multiple bank accounts, analyzing short-term investment options, and providing regular reports. Ensuring compliance with cash management policies and assisting in developing long-term financial strategies. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to address inquiries promptly.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash flow to adequately fund all accounts, investing excess cash in line with policy.
- Maintain and analyze a 13-week cash forecasting process.
- Ensure robust cash management processes and controls are in place.
- Oversee intercompany settlements and reconcile accounts accurately and promptly.
- Monitor working capital facilities across the group.
- Track and report on treasury counterparty exposures to prevent breaches.
- Prepare month-end reports including cash positions and interest accruals.
- Assist with treasury projects and provide training as needed.
- Address ad hoc banking inquiries promptly.
- Develop expertise in the Reval system for cash management and reconciliations.
- Generate and enhance regular management reports as required.
- Review, streamline, and automate treasury processes and procedures.
- Cultivate internal relationships to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
- Experience in corporate treasury, particularly in liquidity management.
- Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems, preferably Reval.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing business needs.
- Motivated with good interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management abilities.
- High integrity and professionalism, able to work independently and in a team.
