WellChild

WellChild is the national charity for sick children. They help seriously ill children and their families throughout the UK as they deal with complex medical conditions.

They are not limited to a single illness but try to offer help to young people whatever they are suffering from.

They focus on three key areas:

• Care – through the WellChild Nurses who support sick children at home.
• Support – through Helping Hands projects which give practical help such as garden makeovers.
• Research – WellChild has invested more than £20 million in children’s health projects.
