How to deal with difficult people.
Dealing with difficult people and conflict in the workplace is challenging. Reactions are heightened and amplified when you are placed in a stressful situation or when patience is thin and in these situations the intended tone or content can be misconstrued.
So, how do you deal with difficult people in a way that ensures a collaborative outcome? Caroline Stockmann will discuss this important topic with Salman Raza, a well-known author specialising in emotional intelligence.
This is the fourth of our ‘In conversation with…’ series, held virtually using Microsoft Teams, which is designed to broaden your business and behavioural skills. The series will consist of conversations with our Chief Executive, Caroline Stockmann, herself a trained coach, along with a variety of guest speakers and experts who will talk informally on the behaviours and skills needed to develop a successful career.
This event is exclusive to ACT members and students.
