Full instructions on how to enter the prize draw are set out in the applicable ACT Prize Draw promotional page (Prize Draw Page). You will typically be asked to enter your name and email address on a form accessed via a web link.
Once you complete the information required on the form you will be automatically entered for the prize draw.
There is no charge for entering the prize draw. By entering the prize draw, you are deemed to accept these ACT Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.
The prize draw promotion will run from a start date to a closing date set out on the Prize Draw Page.
Any entries received after the closing date will be invalid.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, we reserve the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond our control and/or to offer an alternative prize.
The winner will be the first entrant selected randomly from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
The winner will be contacted by email on or before the date stipulated on the Prize Draw Page. The Prize Draw Page will also stipulate the date by which the winner will receive the prize if more than 30 days after the closing date.
The name of the winner can be obtained by sending an email to act@treasurers.org and stating the name of the prize draw.
We will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. However, if the winner cannot be contacted and verified or has not claimed the prize within 14 days of the date the winner is notified by email we reserve the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the closing date or otherwise to retain or dispose of the prize at our sole discretion.
We accept no responsibility if the contact details provided by the winning entrant are incorrect or incomplete or if the winner is not able to take up the prize.
You may only submit one entry to the prize draw.
Failure to meet the eligibility requirements on the Prize Draw Page and these Terms and Conditions will result in an entry being invalid and/or forfeiture of any prize.
Any personal data provided in conjunction with this prize draw will be used in accordance with ACT’s privacy policy
You acknowledge that you may be required to be used in publicity if you are selected as a winner.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of, England and Wales.
