The ACT Treasury Network Switzerland is happy to be supportng EY's upcoming event Treasury Technology as a Value Enabler - Where do transformations Go Wrong?
ACT Members and Students are invited to attend this free event, being held in Zurich on Tuesday 23 June 2026.
Treasury technology investments remain a key focus of CFOs and Treasurers. Many organizations invest significantly in new treasury systems to improve transparency, strengthen control and support better decision-making.
Yet in practice, the expected value of these transformations often falls short, particularly in the months and years following go-live.
Together with Kyriba, the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) and our guests, we will explore why this gap between ambition and outcome persists, and what typically distinguishes treasury transformations that create and sustain value over time from those that do not.
We would like to invite you to a small, in person discussion in Zurich focused on the practical realities of treasury transformations and not theory, and not a technology showcase.
This session is designed for senior treasury and finance leaders who want to understand where value is typically lost after implementation, and what can be done differently.
What the session will focus on
• Honest lessons from treasury transformations, including what did not work as planned
• How treasurers can evolve from control and compliance towards a value adding business partner role
• The factors that most influence post go live value: governance, data quality, operating model, and adoption
• An interactive discussion with the audience on what tends to work in practice and what to avoid
Time and Date: 16.00-18.30 CEST, followed by an apero
Location: EY Zurich, Maagplatz 1, CH-8005, Zurich, Switzerland
