Guillaume Fleuti, Head of Large Corporates at NatWest Commercial & Institutional, began his banking career in 2000 after completing a degree in Finance in Lausanne and a MSc in Finance at Leicester University.
He joined the Debt Capital Markets (‘DCM’) division of UBS, initially in Zurich and transferred to London in 2005. He then moved to Goldman Sachs in 2006 and was hired as Director by Lloyds Bank in 2009 to build its DCM franchise.
Guillaume then became responsible for the infrastructure group in 2013 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2015. He added responsibility for the European business of Lloyds Bank in 2019 and the Transport and Industrials sectors.
He joined NatWest in September 2021 as Managing Director for the Coverage & Sector Content team in the Commercial & Institutional division. From February 2025, he has been responsible for the Large Corporates business in Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB).

Louise is Head of Treasury at Hastings Insurance, responsible for financial risk management, liquidity, and payments across the group.
Prior to joining Hastings in February 2025, she spent eight years in retail treasury, including as Assistant Treasurer at M&S, where she led front office and strategic initiatives such as FX risk, supply chain finance, and debt portfolio management, and at Burberry, where she managed the company’s initial credit rating and inaugural bond issuance.
Louise has also held treasury and finance roles across the property and financial services sectors. She chairs the ACT Future Leaders in Treasury group, is a member of the Membership Advisory Panel, and holds both FCT and CGMA designations

Nora Naadu Sena is the Regional Treasurer of Nestlé for Africa, Middle East, Pakistan and Turkey countries based in Dubai-UAE.
Her career in Nestlé spans 19 years with treasury, finance & accounting experiences across markets in the Middle East and Africa.
Nora is from Ghana, West Africa and had most of her schooling years in Togo and Zimbabwe.
She is an Associate member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) and a Fellow with the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). Nora holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Manchester Business School Worldwide in Dubai and a BSc in Banking and Finance from the University of Ghana.
Nora serves on the Council of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) which is the governing body of the ACT globally. It is responsible for the stewardship and strategic direction of the ACT and accountable to its members.

Tim is a qualified lawyer who joined GSK in 2010, working initially in the Tax department before joining GSK’s Treasury team as Vice-President, Corporate Finance in 2017. He took on his current role as Group Treasurer in 2020.
