Gianluca is the Head of Product Development, Sustainable Finance for Fitch Ratings/ Sustainable Fitch. He is responsible for identifying and developing new ESG products, including the newly created ESG Ratings. Gianluca has created the methodology for the ESG Ratings and developed it across multiple asset classes.
Gianluca is part of several working groups on Sustainable Finance and he has been a speaker on ESG-related themes at various events for the International Association of Corporate Treasurers, Banking Associations, University/Master Programmes, and Financial Times (Investing for Good) among else.
He joined Fitch Ratings in 2018 as a Senior Director. Before that he spent 13 years working in Capital Markets for HSBC where he originated and structured numerous debt transactions for Financial institutions, Corporates and Public Sector, including Green/Social and Sustainable bonds.
Gianluca holds a BSc in Finance and MSc in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan (Italy).
Craig Gosnell leads Sustainable Fitch’s business development strategy for Corporate Issuers. Craig has had extensive engagement with Issuers and market participants on ESG/Sustainability both pre and post, the launch of Sustainable Fitch in September 2021.
Craig has been at Fitch since 2009 in a variety of business development roles focusing on Corporates and has previously served as the Fitch Ratings Head of Relationship Development for EMEA Corporates.
Victoria Munarriz is an ESG analyst in the ESG Ratings team within Sustainable Fitch with a focus on the Energy, Utilities and Transportation sectors globally. Victoria has over a decade of experience as a former credit analyst in Fitch Rating’s Utilities & Transport group for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Prior to joining Fitch Ratings in 2010, Victoria was a financial analyst for UK Utilities and Infrastructure Project Finance at Financial Security Assurance (now Assured Guaranty) in London.

Prior to joining Aldar Properties, Mr Finucane was Corporate Finance and Treasury Manager at Emirates Steel Industries for 12 years, where he oversaw the financing of Emirates Steels' $1.8 billion expansion and the establishment of a Finance and Corporate Treasury function. Mr Finucane qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG and spent 8 years working in the financial service industry in Luxembourg.
Mr Finucane holds a bachelor’s degree in History, Economics and Politics from the University of Limerick, Ireland and a post-graduate diploma in Business Studies from University College Dublin, Ireland.
Kathy is an Investment Director on the EMD team at abrdn, where she specialises in corporate debt. She is part of a team managing over $5bn AUM in dedicated EM corporate mandates. Kathy joined abrdn in June 2009 and completed the graduate training program before joining the Emerging Market Debt desk as a credit analyst in 2012. She spent 8 years with the team in London before moving to Abu Dhabi in 2019. She graduated with a BSc in Economics from St. Andrews University and is a CFA Charterholder.
