Manchester Central train Manchester is easy to travel to from other major UK cities. Direct services between Manchester and London run conveniently every 20 minutes with Virgin Trains. Local rail services connect Manchester Airport with Greater Manchester districts and the city centre. There are four key train stations in Manchester city centre - Deansgate, Piccadilly, Oxford Road and Victoria. Of these, Piccadilly attracts the most visitors and is the main arrival point into the city centre.
