They're often the first people you'll speak to, and the people working behind the scenes to ensure you get the most from your ACT membership. They will also be there for you throughout your membership. No matter what stage of career, or life, you are at they will ensure your membership supports you through every stage of your professional life.

I have been at the ACT for 9 years. During that time, I have predominantly focused on the ACT’s educational offering and services. At the start of 2026, I took responsibility for the Membership team and brought the two areas together. We now have a dynamic and driven Membership and Education function that is focusing on the full end-to-end lifecycle of a member. Connecting both departments has been transformative in how we see and support our members at any point of their journey and time with us.
In today’s world, it is essential we adapt, modernise and personalise our services and support for our members. As we move forward, we have a clear vision and desire to deliver a modern and personalised membership experience at the ACT.
I am also incredibly proud of the community we have built at the ACT and the support our membership team provides every day. We are delighted to welcome new members, support existing members throughout their journey, and help treasury professionals achieve their goals.
I’ve been with the ACT for over 20 years—most of that time within the membership team—and I stepped into the role of Head of Membership at the start of 2026. In my role, in line with the ACT’s strategy, I oversee how we support, grow and engage our member community, working across teams to ensure members have a positive and valuable experience at every stage.
Supporting our members is something I’m genuinely passionate about, and I particularly enjoy meeting members, hearing their feedback, and making sure they feel connected, supported and proud to be part of the ACT.
As the membership operations lead, I’m usually the first point of contact for members who have any questions about their membership.
My role is to keep all membership processes running smoothly, including supporting members at renewal time, processing new applications, overseeing CPD, and helping members access their online member services.
I’ve been with the ACT since 2023 and truly enjoy interacting with members throughout their journey, welcoming new ones, supporting them along the way, and even saying goodbye with pride when long-standing members share positive feedback about their ACT membership.
I’ve been with the ACT since the start of 2026 and have thoroughly enjoyed meeting our fantastic member community.
My role focuses on building meaningful connections with members and ensuring they feel supported, engaged and valued.
I'm particularly passionate about listening to member feedback and using it to shape how we enhance the overall member experience.
