Education is at the heart of the ACT and at the core of everything we do. The ACT Education team has grown and developed over the last 18 months to provide relevant and up-to-date content and qualifications, which are flexible and suitable for everyone, no matter what stage of their career they are at. The introduction of our MicroCredentials has provided a modern version of our traditional qualifications and allows for greater flexibility to support our students and members. We have a dedicated sales team that supports individual enquiries and students, as well as employers looking to upskill their teams. The team's personal approach ensures everyone's questions are answered and that they choose the right learning pathway for their needs. Our operations team provides tailored, individual and supportive assistance to each and every student that takes a qualification at the ACT. They are here to help with any questions, from using the LMS to preparing for an exam.
"Every professional journey is different, but they all have one thing in common: learning. The knowledge, skills and confidence you build today can shape the opportunities available to you tomorrow. Through our education programmes and supportive membership community, we're here to help you continue growing, developing and achieving your ambitions at every stage of your career."
Janet Legge, Deputy Chief Executive & Director of Education & Membership
As Head of Education Operations, I’m pleased to introduce the team who support the delivery of ACT’s education offering. We are here to support students throughout their learning journey, from enrolment through to certification, ensuring our courses and qualifications are delivered with care, quality and integrity.
Our Learning Operations Manager, Technical Education Lead and Student Support Officer are here to help you get the most from your studies. They support your learning experience, including access to the Study Site, tutor support and day-to-day student queries.
Our Assessment Operations Manager and Assessment Administrator are here to support you through the assessment process. They coordinate all aspects of assessment, from exam creation and delivery to reasonable adjustments and support on the day of your exam.
As Head of Education Sales, the team and I are responsible for providing help, support and guidance to individuals and organisations that are looking to upskill themselves or develop teams in treasury and cash management.
We offer a suite of globally recognised qualifications, eLearning modules, and public and bespoke training solutions, so there are lots of options available to support a career in treasury, whether you're new to the role or looking to progress.
As Head of Education Design, Projects and Partnerships, I’m delighted to introduce the work my team does to support ACT members, students and the wider treasury profession.
Together, we shape and improve ACT’s education portfolio, from qualifications and MicroCredentials to digital learning, curriculum design, quality assurance and university and accreditation partnerships. Current work includes project managing the new ACT website and reviewing and updating our Diploma qualification, helping ensure our learning and member experience remain relevant, rigorous and accessible.
We aim to create high-quality education that reflects current practice and helps members and students build the knowledge, confidence and skills they need throughout their treasury careers.
