ACT gives evidence to Commons Treasury Committee on credit rating agencies

The ACT has given oral evidence to the House of Commons Treasury Committee which has been investigating credit rating agencies focusing on the accountability, transparency, methodology and impact of their work.

They are also considering the regulatory proposals from the European Commission.

Prior to giving oral evidence the ACT submitted written evidence on credit rating agencies covering CRA methodologies, conflicts, EU regulatory proposals and answering specific questions from the committee.
