• Form submission deadline: 5 March 2026. We cannot accept any nominations after this date.

2. I am not disqualified from acting as a director under the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 or any equivalent legislation. *

3. I am not an undischarged bankrupt or subject to any bankruptcy restrictions or orders. *

4. I have not been convicted of any criminal offence (other than minor motoring offences not resulting in disqualification). *
