This free-to-attend event looks at resilience – the nature of resilience, its definition and characteristics and how it can help you to build your confidence. This will be an interactive session that will help you to consider your own challenges, explore effective coping methods and discuss the best way to tackle adversity in and out of the workplace. Amanda will also share some practical tips to ensure you can effectively navigate challenges and build your resilience.
