Being able to implement and sustain an efficient working capital strategy is often a top concern for corporate treasurers and CFOs and more and more companies are looking at working capital management in a much broader way than just cash-flow. Instead they are increasingly focusing on ways to lower processing costs, reduce the risk and cost of funding, and explore ways in which balance sheet ratios can be improved. At the same time a reduced desire on the part of banks to offer credit and legal and market-based restrictions have limited the use of working capital management solutions. In addition, many traditional solutions prove detrimental to either the buyer or supplier, as they are often centred on the redrafting of payment terms.
This webinar examines the drivers behind the changing environment for working capital and new developments in the market for solutions.
