Brexit Belfast panel discussion
18:30 - 20:00 26 November 2018
Canada Room, Queen\'s University Belfast, University Road, Belfast, BT7 1NN
With the approaching Brexit deadline it seems that the chances of a clear resolution are as uncertain as ever. The implications for business on both sides of the border are hard to fathom but there is no doubt that there will be an impact. In order to assess those implications and how to deal with them in the final run in to March 2019 the IACT in partnership with the ACT will host a panel discussion and networking event with a mix of experts and corporates that are experiencing the effects of Brexit in a very real way.
- Chair: Lorcan Travers, Johnson & Johnson and Immediate Past President of the IACT
- John Finn, Treasury Solutions
- Robert Harrington, Keelings)
- Caroline Stockmann, Chief Executive, ACT
- Naresh Aggarwal, Associate Policy & Technical Director, ACT
Caroline Stockmann, ACT Chief Executive, will be in attendance so this will be a great opportunity to meet with her and fellow members of both the ACT and IACT. As well as Brexit there will be an opportunity to network and discuss other topical issues for treasurers.
The meeting will be held under Chatham House rule as usual to allow members to benefit from as much insight as possible.
All are welcome to attend; members, students and any colleagues who may be interested.
