ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Fellows and Associate members only The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Association of Corporate Treasurers will be held at 17:30 on Tuesday 1 July 2025. The AGM will be held virtually, using Microsoft Teams, and will last approximately five minutes.
Attending the AGM virtually If you plan to attend the AGM virtually, you must notify us by Tuesday 24 June 2025 by emailing mdoherty@treasurers.org. We will then send you an electronic meeting invite to the AGM. You will not be able to attend virtually if you have not confirmed your participation in advance.
Voting by proxy If you are not attending the AGM virtually then you may vote on the resolutions by appointing a proxy. You can withdraw your proxy if you subsequently decide to attend and vote at the virtual AGM. If you do intend to change your decision, you will need to notify us by Tuesday 24 June 2025. A proxy form is available to complete online. You will need to log in to access the form.
