Cancellation period
Cancellation terms will apply once a completed booking has been received either via the ACT website or as a completed booking form (inclusive or exclusive of payment). Please note that cancellations can only be accepted in writing and must be received more than 60 days before the event start date for a refund of the full fee less a 15% administration fee.
In the unlikely event the ACT is forced to cancel the dinner, it will offer a full refund or a credit note against an equivalent future ACT event.
Please note that fees will not be refunded in the event of the threat of war, terrorism or any other circumstances outside of the ACT’s control. The ACT reserves the right to make minor alterations to the content and timing of the dinner or to the identity of any speakers.
Terms of payment
Payment is due either 21 days from date of invoice or the day before the date of the dinner, whichever is sooner. If no payment has been received by the due date and a written cancellation has not been received then payment remains due in full but the ACT reserves the right to re-allocate the table(s) booked.
Bookings
- Bookings for the event must be received in writing and are subject to these terms and conditions.
- Places are limited and receipt of a booking form does not guarantee the allocation of a table.
- Confirmation of table booking and invoice will be sent to the table host. It is your responsibility to notify the ACT of changes to table hosts.
- The price of each table includes reception drinks, three-course dinner with wine and coffee for 10 people.
Allocation of tables
- Tables will be allocated in date order of when the booking form was received.
- Table locations will not be revealed prior to the dinner taking place.
Guest list
Guest names for inclusion on the final guest list must be received by the ACT no later the deadline set in the email sent out with instructions on how to submit names.
