The ACT member survey provides valuable feedback and enables us to hear our members' opinions and get answers to questions which will help shape what we offer over the coming years.
Format for 2025
This year we have commissioned a research company called Research by Design (RbD), who are experts in research for membership organisations, to manage the survey on our behalf.
We will be launching the 2025 ACT member survey on Monday 30 June and it will run for five weeks, closing on Monday 4 August. If you are a current ACT member or student you will receive an email from email@boxsurveys.net with your unique survey link.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and will be run in accordance with the Market Research Society’s (MRS) Code of Conduct, which ensures that research participants’ anonymity is protected, and that information provided is kept strictly confidential.
Prize draw
As a thank you for your time, you will have the opportunity to enter our prize draw for the chance to win a £100 Amazon voucher. RbD, who will adminster the prize draw, will notify the winner by 4th September.
