The ICB report was published in September 2011 and proposed various measures to restructure UK retail banking, including ring-fencing and a requirement for additional loss absorbing capital.
The ACT gave oral evidence on 18th October 2011 and prior to that had submitted written evidence considering the impact the proposals might have on corporate customers of the banks.
