Michelle Price, Associate Policy and Technical Director, ACT

Michelle Price 80x95Michelle joined the ACT Policy & Technical team after 14 years in Corporate Treasury Consulting at Deloitte. During this time she advised both large and small companies on a wide range of treasury areas including treasury restructuring, development of FX policies, management reporting and operational risk. Prior to joining Deloitte she worked in a number of large investment banks, including JP Morgan, SBC Warburg and Chase Manhattan. Michelle qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in Australia and is an Associate Member of the ACT.

Lewis Sun, Head of Sales, Global Payments and Cash Management, HSBC China

Lewis Sun 80x95Based in Shanghai, Lewis Sun is responsible for managing the China sales team that provides consultative cash management solutions and advice to corporates across Mainland China. In this role, he brings a strong understanding of the challenges faced by corporates based in China and a thorough understanding of the Greater China market landscape and operating environment.

With 15 years of banking and IT experience, Lewis firstly joined HSBC PCM in 2002 as a product manager and was later seconded to Hong Kong as a regional sales manager before returning to Shenzhen in 2008 to head up HSBC's Southern China team.

Lewis holds a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, an MBA from Tsinghua University, China, and a Certificate in International Cash Management from the Association of Corporate Treasurers, UK.

Julian Tasker, Group Treasurer, Johnson Matthey

Julian Tasker 80x95Julian Tasker is Group Treasurer at Johnson Matthey PLC where he is responsible for all aspects of Treasury and Insurance. He joined Johnson Matthey in 2008 from PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was a management consultant working with a number of large organisations in developing and implementing aspects of Finance strategy, including a period working within the M&A advisory team. Before that he spent seven years at Rexam PLC in a number of roles including Internal Audit and Group Treasury. Julian has a BA (Hons) in Economics from Exeter University and holds the MCT qualification from the ACT.
